Embodiment, play, nature art and connection skills and practice for adults. An ongoing group for folks wishing to connect more deeply with their bodies, the body of the earth and all life systems. I will hold space for a small group (max 8 people), twice a month for creation of nature art, working with ritual and symbols, meditation, voice work, movement and play. A chance to increase an embodied sense of support, belonging, empowerment and trust in life as well as express your creativity, renew your vitality and build safety with other human beings. There will be also be 1:1 mentoring and access to a supportive community as part of this offering.

Cosmic Warriors – a group for wmxn and non binary (online group)
Facilitated online peer group, meeting once a month, members also access quarterly 1:1 zoom session, monthly group tarot reading and supportive community.
In this group we will focus on identifying, playing with and exploring our beliefs, stories and identities and how they are influencing our lives and relationships. I will bring my perspective as a neurodiverse and non binary person to support and encourage you as we play with edges, encounter our fears and find new possibilities and perspectives to empower our lives and the lives of those around us.
