The Practicalities.
In the first session we’ll explore or clarify together what your hopes or aspirations are, how I can support you with them and whether we are the right fit at this time. If I am unsure I will refer you to appropriate support.
Costs
Reiki and Energy Healing Sessions – £ 70- £ 90 per hour (same price for online but usually sessions are shorter)
Spiritual and Creative Mentoring – £ 70- £ 90 per hour (same price online
Trust Technique – In person £90 for original consultation session. I will offer a discounted rate if we work for ten or more sessions. A session can last up to 90 minutes. I also offer online sessions. These cost £70 for an hour session £90 for a 90 minute session.
I offer free sessions to animal rescue organisations.

Travel
I am always open to working with people a little further way. I do charge petrol money if you live over 5 miles from HX7 area and if I am travelling longer than 30 mins each way I will charge for additional travel time at a reduced rate (agreed with you in advance). I am happy to offer a thirty minute initial consultation on the phone or on zoom to discuss your situation.
Accountability
You can read a bit more about me here. I am supported in my work by confidential supervision and ongoing professional and personal development. I believe in freedom and accountability as equally important aspects of a healthy relational experience. I am a member of the Trust Technique Community and fully qualified and insured to work with animals.
Where
I work from my home in Mytholmroyd which is fifteen minutes walk from the local station. I also offer sessions outside in my garden or the woods near my home. I am open to arranging outdoor sessions in other locations however this will involve additional charges.
